Name Badge
Name badges will be distributed to all registered participants and accompanying persons. To ensure the smooth operation of the conference, name badges must be worn at all scientific and social events.
Certificate of Participation
Certificates of participation will be distributed to all participants in the scientific program on April 26, 2026.
Invitation Letter/Authorization Letter
Invitation letters requested for submission to institutions regarding conference participation will be sent to participants upon request through the conference secretariat. Such invitation letters may only be used for authorization purposes. Registration and accommodation fees for guests holding an invitation letter are the responsibility of the guests themselves.
Regarding refunds of registration and accommodation fees:
If notified by December 2, 2025, the full amount will be refunded; if notified between December 2, 2025, and January 3, 2026, 50% of the fees will be refunded.
Cancellations notified after January 3, 2026, will not be considered.
All refunds will be processed within one month following the conclusion of the conference.
